The site is informational. What it says about our platform and products describes what we're building. Features, timing, and availability may change, and nothing here is an offer or a commitment.

Youbiquity is an independent company, unrelated to other businesses with similar names.

The site's text, design, and graphics are ours. You're welcome to read and share them; please ask before reusing them, or before using the Youbiquity name or logo. Please use the site lawfully, and don't scrape it, disrupt it, or use it to train an AI model.

The site is provided as is. Our total liability for anything arising out of it is limited to $100.

If something's wrong, email info@youbiquity.com and give us 30 days to sort it out. Otherwise Delaware law applies, and disputes go to the courts in Wilmington, Delaware.

We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new date.
